I understand Signor Volpicelli is brother-in-

-law of a member of the Chamber who is rather in

opposition to the Minister for Foreign Affairs

and with whom he therefore does not wish to raise

any question.

Unless I am instructed to do 50 I should

not therefore propose to press the matter further

at present, the more so as I have had to make

complainte on the subject of so many Italian

consular representatives.
